The manufacturer of your TV, set top box of PVR may be able to help.  

If you have an approved device, you’ll find manufacturer details on the Approved Products page (or simply enter the brand name in the Search field at the top right of this website).  

If you have an unapproved device, you’ll need to contact the person who sold it to you for assistance.
