Why is Sky Open+1 not available via UHF aerial?

The technical details between the broadcasters and transmission providers are still being worked on before Sky Open+1 can be made available via UHF.

For the moment, Sky Open+1 is available by tuning in through satellite, or by using the Freeview Streaming TV app.
