VEON Smart TV

We’ve gathered information for you from the broadcasters, so you know if their apps are available on your TV.

If your VEON Smart TV runs Android TV, then the ThreeNow and Māori+ apps are supported on your TV.

The ThreeNow app is available for Android TVs with OS 5.1 or newer, which includes VEON TVs that run Android TV. See ways to watch ThreeNow for more information on how to access the app (select ‘Supported Smart TVs’).

The Māori+ app is available on Android TVs with OS 9.0 or newer, which includes VEON TVs that run Android TV. See ways to watch Māori+ for more info on how to access the app.

How do I know if my TV is an Android TV or not?

If the HOME button takes you to an Android TV Home screen similar to this, then you have an Android TV.

If your TV doesn’t have a screen like this, then it’s most likely not an Android TV, and you won’t have access to those apps directly on your TV.

I have an Android TV, now what?

You can download the ThreeNow and Māori+ apps from the Google Play Store on your Android TV.

See Android TV Help here on how to download apps.

What if my TV isn’t Android or doesn’t have all the apps I want?

You can still watch all the on demand shows on a range of other devices, or watch them on your TV with a SmartVU dongle. Find out how here.
