Freeview On Demand provides access to shows from ThreeNow, Māori+ and RNZ.

Just a heads-up...

It's been a great run, but we'll be saying goodbye to Freeview On Demand in late 2022. You won't be able to watch shows on demand with Freeview after that, but as you do with TVNZ OnDemand, you can still watch them on ThreeNow, Māori+ and RNZ. Find out more about it here.

For now, you can still watch on demand with Freeview.

How can I get Freeview On Demand?

Freeview On Demand is currently available on all 2015+ Smart TVs*

Chances are, your Smart TV already has Freeview On Demand built-in, all you need to do is connect it to broadband internet and a working TV antenna to get it going.

Once you tune in Freeview on your TV, simply press OK on your remote on any channel
and select On Demand.

Access Freeview On Demand without a TV antenna.

Freeview On Demand is currently available as an app on 2017+ Samsung Smart TVs, 2017+ LG Smart TVs, and selected Panasonic Smart TVs.

You don't need to have an aerial or satellite dish to use that Smart TV app.

Find it where you find other apps on your TV. If it's not already auto-installed on your TV, you can easily download it for free from your Samsung Smart Hub, LG Content Store,
or Panasonic Apps Market.

Freeview On Demand is set to end by late 2022

You can still watch on demand shows with Freeview up and until then, and watch them afterwards on ThreeNow, Māori+ and RNZ.
