Lost some channels or get bad TV reception?

First, please check that your antenna cable is connected properly to your set top box, PVR or TV.

Turn off your TV, set top box or PVR at the wall, wait 30 seconds before turning back on.

If this doesn't address the issue, try a retune.

Sometimes all it takes is a 'factory reset' or 're-installation' - press the 'MENU' button on the TV, PVR or set top box remote and follow the menu options.

If you're having problems with the Factory Reset process or if it doesn't help, we suggest you first contact the manufacturer for assistance (find their contact details online, in the User Manual or Product Guide). If this doesn't solve the problem, then call an installer to check and improve your TV antenna setup.

If you've purchased a non-approved receiver, we suggest you contact the person you bought it from for assistance.
