Stream buffering, freezing or another stream related issues

In this case, we first suggest checking that your internet connection can handle streaming.

Restart Modem/Router

If you have an appropriate connection speed, then the issue may be related to network connectivity, we suggest attempting a modem/router restart to clear these types of issues.

Uninstall app and reinstall.

Failing a modem/router restart, try uninstalling the app from the device and reinstalling. The issue could be related to bad app data and a reinstall should help resolve this.
