Whakaata Māori temporarily off-air in Wairarapa: target fix by Fri 10 Jul when key equipment is delivered.

Quality issues affecting TVNZ channels since July 6th or 7th is now believed to be resolved. Monitoring is ongoing to verify the fix. The issue was reported in Whangārei, Nelson, Gisborne, Wairarapa and Invercargill.
