Why can't I connect/set up my TV, set top box or recorder?
Make sure you’ve followed all instructions in the User Manual that came you’re your TV, set top box or recorder, and that you’re connecting to an antenna that is in working order.
Check out the 'how to' videos. If you're still having a problem then please call the manufacturer for assistance first (the phone number should be in the packaging or on the product guide). The manufacturer can rule out any device-specific issues and check that you’ve completed first time set up and tuning correctly.
If this doesn't solve the problem then you may have a problem with your antenna and cabling, and it’s best to call your installer; if you don’t already have a preferred installer, you can find a directory of installers to help you find one in your area.
If you've purchased a non-approved digital receiver we suggest you contact the person you bought it from for assistance.
