How to get Freeview Streaming TV - Android TV
The Freeview Streaming TV app is available on the following Android TVs running OS 8.0+:
- Sony
- TCL
- Panasonic
- Philips
- Veon
- JVC
Follow these steps to download and install the app on your TV:
- Press Home then navigate to the Apps page.
- Select Open Google Play Store.
- Once Google Play Store has launched, use the navigational keys to find the Search icon and select it.
- Using the remote type in Freeview and begin search.
- When the search is done select Freeview Streaming TV and press Install.
- The app will download, and you now have access to the application by pressing the Home button on the remote.
- Once you're back in Google Home, you can select the '+' tile in the top row to add Freeview Streaming TV to your apps, so you can find it more easily.
