Rebooting Instructions

If you're streaming Freeview channels on a SmartVU Dongle and your Mini Guide is incorrect (if you still see the old channels, if you can't see the new channels or if your channels are out of position), please reboot your device at the wall.

To reboot your device, please follow these instructions:

  1. Power OFF your SmartVU
  2. Turn OFF the power adapter on the wall
  3. Unplug the power adapter
  4. Unplug the HDMI cable from the TV
  5. Wait a few moments before plugging everything back in and powering your SmartVU back on
