Can I use my SKY satellite dish?

Yes you can, a working satellite dish will be able to receive Freeview via Satellite when used in conjunction with an approved Freeview Satellite Digital Receiver or Recorder.

Note that the LNB (Low Noise Blocker, which is round or oval and sits in front of your dish) may need to be replaced / adjusted.
