Is Freeview a broadcaster?

No, Freeview doesn't have any say in what channels or programmes are shown - that's all up to the free-to-air networks or broadcasters.

Freeview provides platforms that bring together all the channels and programming information brought to you by individual broadcasters, so everyone in New Zealand can access quality local and international video and radio content, as well as other free features like the programme guide, captioning, parental control and audio descriptions.
