How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or just need to change it, simply follow the steps below:

1. Launch the Freeview Streaming TV app
2. Select "Sign in", then select the 'Login with Email?' button.
3. Select "Forgot password"
4. Enter the email address you used to register*, to receive an email to reset your password.  *if you chose to register by Facebook originally, this email address should be the one linked to your Facebook account.
5. Check your email account and promptly follow the instructions we sent you to reset your password.
