Who are we?

Freeview was established by New Zealand's leading broadcasters including TVNZ, TVWorks (owners of TV3 and C4), Maori Television Service, and Radio New Zealand to bring you a range of digital TV and radio channels with no monthly subscription.

In total there are 22 television and radio channels.

Broadcasters can choose whether to broadcast their channels on Freeview satellite and/or Freeview|HD_®; so the channel offering may differ between the two platforms.

Freeview consists of:

Freeview|HD_® - 12-13 television and three radio channels

Freeview satellite_® - 15 television and four radio channels

MyFreeview|HD_® - 12 - 13 television and three radio channels.
